I'm going to do my best to make this one. Lake Arrowhead was were I was born. We lived in Rim Forest and Running Springs. I would like to go just to see the old houses I used to live in.

We'll see you there! We have been on this Cruise a couple of times and it is alot of fun. I still have the stein necklace that Grant bought for us. You should of seen Grant doing the Chicken dance....

Bobbie & I love Arrowhead and I believe we might make this one. We normally take our RV to Carpenteria for the Avocado Fest this weekend and eat everything that has avocado and guac in it! We'll K.I.T. on this one!

Now I remember. Yeah. I went to this one before. I don't even like beer and I liked this event. Just the Octoberfest atmosphere, I guess, what with all the singing and funny games. This one's a blast.
Oops. Uh... uh oh. I just realized something. I should be in Alabama by this time.

Sorry Jo. In case you haven't read, I posted that Portholepter is leaving for Alabama...again. :cry:

The OC Chief and I want you to know what a FUN time we had the year we went to the Octoberfest with Dave and the Old I 210 group.
If you don't have plans for the Lemoore show, don't miss this beautiful, fun drive to Arrowhead, with shopping and marvalous restaurants.

BE CAREFUL on the drive home. We need to see you at the next PT event :!:

.this one sounds great....Bobbie and I own a vacation home in Arrowbear and are in the process of ripping the kitchen to pieces, so we will be up there Saturday. Will be a nice break to come over and join in the festivities on Sunday, so count us in. Hope there will be knockwurst and saurkraut...

Dam, I wanted to go to this one but have been so busy getting ready for the Miramar air show this weekend that I didn't make plans in time. I wanted to go by the places were I used to live and show Martha. My dad ashes were spread up there and I wanted to pay my respects. I hope you take plenty of pictures. For those who are going drive safe and have a good time.
